Every chapter of your life will be full of ups and downs but thru it all God has you there for a reason (to grow or learn) make sure you are present in all of them.

These chapters in this book & songs in the soundtrack speaks on the importance of faith, chasing “perfection”, no longer living in the past, overcoming pressure, how isolation changes you, the importance of health, the lessons you learn in “losses” & how important it is to know your purpose thru it all.
